Need anything? We're always here for you. Message us anytime right in your booking app, our team is online 24/7. We jump on things fast and we'll take good care of you. If something takes a little longer, thanks for your patience, we promise we're on it.

House rules.

Smoke-free home. It keeps the air fresh for the next guests.
No parties or events. It is a quiet street and we want to keep the neighbors happy.
Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. So everyone rests well.
Registered guests only. So we know who is in the home.

Staying comfortable

The thermostat is by the kitchen. Please keep it between 68 and 74. Beach towels are in the hall closet.

If something goes wrong

Fire extinguisher: under the kitchen sink
Breaker box: in the garage, left wall
Water shutoff: under the kitchen sink.
AC not working? Flip its breaker in the garage, wait a minute.
WiFi down? Unplug the router 30 seconds, plug it back in.
Emergency? Call 911. Urgent care: Tri-City Medical, 10 min away.

Coffee: Camp Coffee, a 5 min walk.
Eat: local dining and rooftop bars downtown.
Do: the pier and the beach, both 2 blocks away.

Before you go.

Start the dishwasher.
Bag the trash and set it out.
Lock the doors and windows on your way out.
